Robert Beckman
Executive / Artistic Director, (full-time) (Administrative oversight, projects, exhibitions)
Mr. Beckman is responsible for all managerial and aesthetic decisions and day to day operations of the organization. Mr. Beckman holds an MFA degree in Printmaking from Kent State University in Ohio, and is a working artist and educator with 15 years of experience operating a small business and 15 years of experience teaching on the university level (Edinboro University of Pennsylvania and Carnegie Mellon University).

Catena Bergevin
Administrative and Financial Coordination (part-time)
Ms. Bergevin has been engaged to assist with administrative duties. She is the Director of Development at the Westmoreland Museum of American Art in Greebsburg, Pennsylvania, and has years of experience developing and managing office systems and procedures for various businesses and arts nonprofit organizations.

Ian Short
Senior Staff Printmaker, (part-time) (Project execution, printing and instruction).
Mr. Short is responsible for overseeing all printing activities undertaken by AIR. Mr. Short spent 30 years teaching printmaking and photography, 20 years at Edinboro University where he served as the chairman of the Art Department from 1993 to 1996.

Matthew Forrest
Staff Printer, (part-time) (Project execution, printing and instruction).
Mr. Forrest assists the senior printmaker with all printing and instructional activities. Mr. Forrest has an MFA from West Virginia University and has experience in a number of printmaking processes.

Heather White
Staff Printer,(part-time) (Project execution, printing and instruction).
Ms. White  assists the senior printmaker with all printing and instructional activities. Ms. White has an MFA from Wisconsin University at Madison and has experience in a number of printmaking processes.

Jennifer Rockage
Shop organization (part-time) Shop organization and maintenance, project engineering and organization.
Duties include screen maintenance, ink mixing, project organization, hands on educational activities, tutorial, group projects. Ms. Rockage has an undergraduate degree from Clarion University of PA and an MFA from West Virginia University.
