RICK ARMSTRONG, Board Member, is the Communication Manager at The Andy Warhol Museum, one of the four Carnegie Museums of Pittsburgh. Mr. Armstrong has worked in marketing and branding with The Warhol for over 17 years.
ROBERT BECKMAN, Co-Founder, Board Member, Executive Committee Member. Mr. Beckman is an artist and educator with over 30 years of experience exhibiting work and teaching (Carnegie Mellon University and Edinboro University of Pennsylvania). Mr. Beckman is an accomplished printmaker and has over 15 years of experience running a small business. He is a Co-Founders of Artists Image Resource and currently serves as the organization’s Director.
CATENA BERGEVIN, Board Chair, Executive Committee Member, is the Director of Development at the Westmoreland Museum of American Art in Greensburg, Pennsylvania, and has years of experience developing and managing office systems and procedures for various businesses and organizations. Prior to joining the Westmoreland, she was the Director of Operations at the Mattress Factory Museum for nearly 10 years.
YU-SAN CHENG, Board Member, is the Finance Director at Contemporary Craft and holds a Master of Arts Management degree from Carnegie Mellon University Heinz School of Public Policy and Management.  She also serves on the board of directors for the Brew House Association.
JAMES FOREMAN, Board Member, is a fiction writer and currently works as the web and social media editor for Carlow University in Pittsburgh.
MICHAEL HEGEDUS, Board Member, Executive Committee Member, is an artist and accomplished printmaker. Michael has a BFA from The University of Pittsburgh.
ALICIA KENNEY, Board Member, is a data analyst at Elliott Marketing Group. She received her BA at Fordham University at Lincoln Center in New York City with an emphasis in visual arts/photography. After 13 years, she moved back to Pittsburgh to get her MBA from the Joseph M. Katz Graduate School of Business at the University of Pittsburgh.
KAREN LAUTANEN, Board Member, is the Director of Development at The Andy Warhol Museum. She became a development professional seven years ago after a career in academia, and as an independent business owner representing European jewelry artists in America. Karen has a Master of Professional Writing from Chatham University, and a BA in Psychology from Boston University. She also serves on the board of the European Studies Center at the University of Pittsburgh. Karen spent seven years living and studying in Berlin, Germany, and loves to travel and dabble in encaustic painting.
JOSEPH LUPO, Board Member, is Professor of Art at West Virginia University, Morgantown, West Virginia. Mr. Lupo is an accomplished printmaker and has held leadership positions with a number of academic and print related organizations including SGC International.
ALISON OEHLER, Outgoing Board Chair, Executive Committee Member, holds a Master of Arts Management degree from Carnegie Mellon University Heinz School of Public Policy and Management. Ms. Oehler has been the Gallery Director at Concept Art Gallery in Pittsburgh, PA, since 2003 and is an Auctioneer and certified appraiser of Fine Art through the Appraisers Association of America.
MELINDA WILSON PIETRUSZA, Board Member, Executive Committee Member, has over 15 years of experience working for non-profit arts organizations, primarily in membership, development, and event coordination. She has volunteered her administrative and marketing services to AIR for many years. She currently serves as the Community Development Coordinator for the Borough of Etna.
SARA RADELET, Board Member, is the former Executive Director of the New Hazlett Theater on Pittsburgh’s North Side. Ms. Radelet also operates a freelance consulting business for non-profit organizations, offering grant writing, fundraising, and strategic planning services.
TOM SOKOLOWSKI, Board Member, was the Director of the Andy Warhol Museum for fifteen years. He is currently a freelance arts consultant, writer, and critic.

 Co-Founder, Board Member Emeritus, has over 30 years of teaching experience in photography and printmaking, twenty years of which has been at Edinboro University of Pennsylvania where he served as the chairman of the Art Department from 1993 to 1996.
