Robert Beckman, Executive / Artistic Director, (full time) (Administrative oversight, projects, exhibitions). Mr. Beckman is responsible for all managerial and aesthetic decisions and day to day operations of the organization. Mr. Beckman holds an MFA degree in Printmaking from Kent State University in Ohio, and is a working artist and educator with 15 years of experience operating a small business and 15 years of experience teaching on the university level (Edinboro University of Pennsylvania and Carnegie Mellon University).

Ian Short, Senior Staff Printmaker, (part time) (Project execution, printing and instruction). Mr. Short is responsible for overseeing all printing activities undertaken by AIR. Mr. Short spent 30 years teaching printmaking and photography, 20 years at Edinboro University where he served as the chairman of the Art Department from 1993 to 1996.

 Tresa Varner, Managing Director, is an artist and educator with over 20 years experience in arts education. Varner specializes in curating community-centered artist residencies and exhibitions and designing education programs. Varner has lead numerous community art projects and residencies in the region and abroad. She has a Masters of Fine Arts Degree in printmaking and is the recipient of the Royal College of Art Graduate Studies Fellowship, England.
